Shipping policy

Snore Resistor is based in the United Kingdom.

All orders are processed within 3 -7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you have received the confirmation of your order through email or SMS, you will then receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please note all shipping dates provided by the courier are estimated only and may be subject to change at any moment, to keep up to date with your package ETA please check the shipping link provided with your order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping 

Please note: Busy periods such as holiday season will require extra time to process your order, we appreciate your understanding and patience at such times.

Shipping charges will be calculated for your order and shown at checkout.

International Shipping

Please note: International packages can be held at any time during their transit, if international post offices hold our order, this may disrupt your original estimated shipping time.

We offer international shipping to the majority of countries across most territories, if you are unable to see your countries availability on our website, please inform us at snoreresistor@proton.me and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping charges will be calculated for your order and shown at checkout.

If you are based in international territories your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (this includes VAT), which can be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We will not be responsible for any charges applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Currently, we do not process exchanges or refunds for international orders.

Keeping track of my order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification which will include a shipping tracking number that you can use to keep track of your orders status. Please allow for 48 hours for any tracking information to become available.

Once a package has been shipped, we don't have control over the routes selected by the courier. 

Delivery is completed once the courier leaves the item/s at the designated shipping address. Once the item has been delivered, responsibility for the products then belongs to you. Please ensure you are there to retrieve your package when it is expected to arrive.

If you haven't receive your order within your estimated shipping time, please feel free to contact the courier directly or contact us at snoreresistor@proton.me.

Failed & Missed Deliveries

We will not be held responsible for failed or missed deliveries due to a recipients absence or the input of incorrect address. Please make sure all of your shipping details are correct and you are present for the arrival of your package.

Once your item is dispatched a shipping link will be provided, if you need to make an rearrange the delivery time, please make arrangement with the courier before the expected delivery date. 

If your item is sent back to us, we are under no obligation to re-send any items.

If redelivery is possible, customers will be responsible for any reshipping and processing fees. All returns will be subject to a 14 day processing period.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are unable to refund or reship lost or stolen packages. Please report any lost or stolen packages to the courier delivering your item. Orders addressed to a freight forwarder that are marked as delivered but not received are not eligible for a refund.

Returns

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. All items must be unused and in it is  original and re-sellable condition. Any orders which do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.

Problem with my order

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect or missing order, please email us within 48 hours at snoreresistor@proton.me with your order number and someone from our team will assist you. Notifications made after this time will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds for missing items, any items found missing will be shipped out accordingly and inline with our standard shipping practices.

We are here to assist with any claims of missing orders and appreciate your cooperation in helping us complete a thorough and fair investigation of any missing items. We appreciate your assistance and patience throughout this process.

Any damaged items, must be returned to us within 72 hours of receiving a shipping return notification. Once we receive your return and it has been inspected we will be in touch.
